Managing Director Kris Hicks has been in the real estate and appraisal business since 1999. After receiving his licenses, Mr. Hicks practiced in Boulder and focused on complex mountain and acreage properties, but in 2010 Mr. Hicks noticed that the majority of Colorado AMCs were not providing adequate customer service and did not have local knowledge of the market – because of this, MAM was born.
Members Appraisal Management is a client-centric AMC. Our team consists of passionate, customer-oriented professionals who have a supreme knowledge of the Colorado market.
Our industry leading support staff consists of customer-focused individuals dedicated exclusively to the care of our clients. At Members Appraisal Management, serving our clients is our top priority.
Our Colorado account managers are dedicated to fulfilling our client’s expectations and delivering solutions; This is accomplished through complete, quality oversight of the appraisal process.
Our quality control department’s primary function is to ensure MAM is delivering quality reports to our clients. In addition, our quality control team is responsible for appraisal disputes.
Member Appraisal Managment’s leadership is headed by Managing Director Kris Hicks who ensures the business is compliant and up-to-date on the ever-changing industry landscape and regulation.
